Support

PainPal is run by one person, so support is email + in-app. Reach out anytime.

Contact

Email [email protected] with bug reports, feature requests, or questions. We aim to reply within a few business days; if it’s urgent (account locked out, billing issue), mention that in the subject line.

In-app feedback

The fastest way to share feedback while you’re using the app is Settings → Send feedback. The message lands in our inbox along with which platform you’re on, so we can reproduce what you saw.

What to include for a bug report

  • What you were trying to do (e.g. “log a symptom”, “run an analysis”).
  • What actually happened — exact error message if any.
  • Which platform you’re on (iOS app, web on desktop, web on mobile) and roughly when it happened.
  • Screenshots help, especially for visual glitches in charts.

Account access

  • Forgot your password? Email us with your username and we’ll get you back in. (We don’t currently have a self-service reset; we’re a closed alpha.)
  • Need an invite? PainPal is invite-only during alpha. Email us and we’ll send you a signup code.
  • Want to delete your account? Settings → Delete account in either app. It’s immediate and removes everything; see the Privacy Policy for what gets removed.

Subscription support

On iOS, subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, change plan, or request a refund, go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Apple handles all billing questions for App Store purchases.
